Government officials all over the State of Michigan are working to solve the existing housing shortage. IF they are able to solve the housing shortage- this means that buyer demand will see a dip. Low inventories and very high demand are the two major factors driving this market. Your home's value will see a decline if one or both of those factors are reduced or mitigated altogether.
